EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 29, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, September 29, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following was absent: Mayor Moll Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5225 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-69-l9 WllliREAS, it is proposed to improve Interstate 35W, T.H. 280, T.H. 36 by the installation of storm sewer and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429,011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Pub lie Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Village Council with all convenient speed, advising the Village Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Councilman Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
