<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 29, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Vi llage of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, September 29, 1969, at <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: Acting Mayor Cutley, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />~Iayor rvloU <br /> <br />Memb~r Linebarger <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5226 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears necessary to temporarily borrow monies for <br />the Village participation in County Road C (Project 67-14) in order <br />to meet the obligations of contracts signed with the County; <br /> <br />NOW, TIfEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: that the following budgetary accounts be <br />increased and des creased as ~ndicated: <br /> <br />Account <br /> <br />Increase <br /> <br />Decrease <br /> <br />Consolidated Water Fund (Fund 518) <br />Project 67-14 (Fund 590) <br /> <br />$85,000 <br /> <br />$85,000 <br />, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this budgetary transfer be on a <br />temporary basis and that the monies borrowed from the Consolidated <br />Water Fund (518) be paid back to that fund from MSA monies and from <br />special assessments collected for Project 67-14. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon <br />dle following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEr~UPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
