EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE - HELD OCTOBER 6, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi1le, Monday, October 6, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None Member Grauel moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5227 RESOLUTION DIRECTING 1HE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, ICE ARENA BONDS AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $27,100 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer of $27,100 from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations in 1969; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $121,000 in the Water Debt Retire- ment Fund reSUlting from transfer of $50,000 from revenues received from Water Utility operations and $71,000 from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $30,000 in the Sewer Debt Retire- ment Fund resulting from the transfer of $30,000 from revenues received from the Sewer Utility operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $31,300 in the Ice Arena Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $31,300 from revenue received from the Ice Arena operations; ~1lliREAS, there is a surplus of $50,000 in General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that:
