'..i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No.2 as finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a heming on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br />and apportionment of previous assessments iffirespect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No.2 was held on December 6, 1960 and adjourned to <br /> <br />December 14, 1960 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br />ment No.2 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and <br /> <br />certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on December 29, 1960 and <br />
