<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 6, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * . * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 <br />North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />October 6, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Noll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following motion and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5230 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-69-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted <br />September 29, 1969, a report has been prepared by the Public Works <br />Director with reference to the improvement of Interstate 35W, <br />T.H. 280 and T.H. 36 by the installation of storm sewers, and <br />this report was received by the Council on October 6, 1969. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAG:3 COUNCIL OF TI1E <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />storm sewers in accordance with a report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1963, Chapter <br />398 as amended)). at a total estimated cost of the <br />improvement of $33,110.81. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 24th day of November, 1969, in the Council Chambers <br />of the Village Hall at 7: 30 0' clock P.M. and the Clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing on improve- <br />ment as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption <br />seconded by Councilman Anderson, <br />on the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />of the foregoing resolution was <br />and upon a vote being taken there- <br />All present <br />None <br />
