EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 6, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * . * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, October 6, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Noll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following motion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5230 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-69-19 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Village Council adopted September 29, 1969, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Interstate 35W, T.H. 280 and T.H. 36 by the installation of storm sewers, and this report was received by the Council on October 6, 1969. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAG:3 COUNCIL OF TI1E VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such storm sewers in accordance with a report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1963, Chapter 398 as amended)). at a total estimated cost of the improvement of $33,110.81. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of November, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7: 30 0' clock P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing on improve- ment as required by law.
