EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD OCTOBER 6, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 6th day of October, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. and the following were absent: None The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger Member Curley moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5231 WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate to operate a ski facility in the Recreation Department Program at the B-Dale Villa Park; and MiEREAS, there is insufficient monies available for this purpose in the regular Parks and Recreation Department budget; NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: That the Village Manager be authorized to encumber an amount not to exceed $6,500 against the una1located Contingency Fund for the pur- pose of initially opening and operating the ski facility at the B-Dale Villa Park. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the fo1~owing voted in favor: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON - said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
