EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNE~OTA - HELD OCTOBER 6, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of tile Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 6th day of October, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the fOllowing were absent: None Member Cur ley moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5232 WHEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Section 70.150 and 66.330 provides that the Village may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises the ensuing year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the Village limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service of the Village of Roseville, and on which there are un- paid sewer and water charges as shown on the attached Exhibit H A" . 2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in tile real estate taxes due the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1970. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
