<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 13, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall on October 13, 1969, at 7:~O p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, <br />Curley and Mayor Moll, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.5~34 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as <br />required by law, the Council met on October 8, 1969, and heard <br />and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for <br />storm sewer improvement known as Improvement No. ST. 68-11. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper <br />assessed at this time for s to r m <br />Improvement No. ST. 68-11, against <br />or parcel of land affected thereby <br />the basis of benefits. <br /> <br />and necessary to be specially <br />sewer improvement known as <br />every assessable lot, piece <br />has been duly calculated upon <br /> <br />2. The Council, having heard and considered all <br />objections so presented finds that each lot, piece and parcel of <br />land enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specially <br />benefited by the construction of said improvement. Such amount <br />so set out is hereby levied against each of the lots, pieces <br />and parcels of land therein. <br /> <br />3. Such assessments shall be payable in equal annual <br />installments extending over a period of Twenty (20) years, the <br />first of the installments to be payable on or before the first <br />Monday in January, 1970, and shall bear interest at the rate of <br />
