<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE I <br />MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 13, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on October 13,1969, at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, <br />Curley and Mayor Moll, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />M ~mber Gurley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. $238 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given a s required <br />by law, the Council met on October 8, 1969, and heard and passed upon all <br />objections to the proposed assessment for sanitary sewer improvement known <br />as Improvement No. S. S. 68-30. <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for sanitary sewer improvement known as Improvement <br />No. S. S. 68-30, against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br />affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits. <br /> <br />2. The Council, having heard and considered all objections <br />so presented finds that each lot, piece and parcel of land enumerated in the <br />proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of <br />said improvement. Such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of <br />the lots, pieces and parcels of land therein. <br /> <br />3. Such assessments shall be payable in equal annual <br />installments extending over a period of Twenty (20) years, the first of the <br />installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1970, <br />
