<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 13, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at <br />the Village Hall on October 13,1969, at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, <br />Curley and Mayor Moll, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Re solution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. S~42 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required <br />by law, the Council met on October 8, 1969, and heard and passed upon all <br />objections to the proposed assessment for street paving and storm sewer <br />improvement known as Improvement No. P-ST-67-28. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for street paving and storm sewer improvement known <br />as Improvement No. P-ST 67-28, against every assessable lot, piece or <br />parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis <br />of benefits. <br /> <br />2. The Council, having heard and considered all objections <br />so presented finds that each lot, piece and parcel of land enumerated in the <br />proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of <br />said improvement. Such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of <br />the lots, pieces and parcels of land therein. One amount is inserted for <br />paving and another for storm sewers. <br /> <br />3. Such assessment for storm sewer shall be payable in <br />equal annual installments extending over a period of Twenty (2 0) years~ <br />the assessment for paving shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />extending over a period of Ten (10) years, the first of both asses sment <br />
