<br />Extract of ~linutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of l~oseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of ~linnesota <br /> <br />purusant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Rosevllle, pamsey :ounty, ~linnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village :1all at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Vdnnesota, on <br /> <br />the twentieth day of October, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The follmving members ,{ere present : Acting Mayor Curley, CmID.cilren <br />Grauel, Linebarger and fulderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor 1'1011 <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the follmving resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5244 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTA.NCE OF STREETS IN <br />CAPITOL VIEVl lULLS ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated as developer, had entered into an <br /> <br />agreement with the Village of Roseville to install or construct bituminous <br /> <br />streets and concrete curb and gutter in Capitol View lulls Addition, namely <br /> <br />Capitol View Circle, and, <br /> <br />vJHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated has filed through their consultinG <br /> <br />engineers, Banister Engineering Company, in a letter dated October 17, 1969, <br /> <br />their request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville and, <br /> <br />wm~REAS, the VillaEjc Public Works Director has examined and inspected <br /> <br />said street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said <br /> <br />sam~ has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the agree- <br /> <br />ll!2nt and recolTJrlends the acceptance of said bituminous street surfacing by the <br /> <br />Village <br />
