<br />l!ixtract of Minutes ')f.Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Rams ey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue" Roseville" Minnesota, on Monday, the 20th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1969" at 7:)0 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Curley, Anderson, Grauel and <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following res olution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5249 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMProVEMENT NO. 2 <br />- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVPD by the Village Council of the Village of R08eville, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ,g, as amended and <br />adopted on November 9, 19,9" was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll <br />have been divided and conveyed" it requires that apportionment of the original assess- <br />ment be made bY the Village Council of the Village of Rosevllle in order that the proper <br />assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property there- <br /> <br />after, <br /> <br />NOW', THEREFORE, the Village Cou1'tQil of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of original a.sessment against the following described <br />properties.: <br />
