EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the thirteenth day of December, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9020 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-94-06 WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville by the construction of Arthur Street north of existing Arthur Street north of County Road C in the Twin Lakes area with the installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, necessary sanitary sewer and watermain extensions facilities. and necessary appurtenances filed with the council on December 13, 1993, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.035. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director and the designated project consulting engineer, BRW, for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
