EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the thirteenth day of December, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9021 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-94-09 WHEREAS, an improvement is proposed in the City of Roseville by the construction of a regional ponding facility in the Twin Lakes area and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the consulting engineering firm of Orr, Schelen, Mayeron & Associates, Inc. for study and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
