<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ranisey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Ibseville, Minnesota, on 't<t:>nday, the 20th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 19 ~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following meabers were present: Acting ~layor Curley. Anderson. Grauel <br />and Lineb arger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced the follow1 ng resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5262 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 63-3 as finally amended and <br />adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of originai assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
