<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ocrOBER20, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on October 2Q 1969 at 7:30 p.m. <br />, <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Comcilrnen <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Graue 1 <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: ~Iayor ;'1011 <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5206 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the be st intere st of the Village <br />of Roseville to enter into an Agreement with the Village of Falcon Heights <br />pertaining to Improvement 68-11, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign on <br />behalf of the Village an Agreement between Roseville and Falcon Heights, <br />copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit IIA" I and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregOing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
