<br />EXTRACT OF MINUIES OF A MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE mUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, lVlINNESOTA, HELD <br />October 27, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular neeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rose"Ville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in said Village on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1969 <br />at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />:tv-ember Curley <br />resolution: <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5272 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has the following outstand- <br />1ng improvement project which needs to be financed: <br /> <br />Improvement No. 68-35 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the present tiIl~ the sale of bonds to finance the <br /><;tbove captioned :iJnprovement is not necessary due to funds currently <br />ill reserve; <br /> <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Ivlinnesota, that Project No. 68-35 be temporarily <br />financed from the General Improvement Sinking Frnd and provide for <br />interest payment of this project to the General Improvement Sinking <br />Fund at a rate of six per cent per annum. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTI-iER RESOLVED that Project No. 68-35 be increased in <br />appropriation by $170,000 and that the General Improvement Sinking <br />Frnd be decreased in ~propriation by $170,000. <br /> <br />TIle motion for the ado-ption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~i:ember Anderson and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />\\~-IEHEUPON, said resolution \.,ras declared duly passed and <br />adopted:. <br />
