<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILI.J.\GE COUNCIL OF <br />RO SEVILLE, MINNE SOTA, HELD NOVEM BER lVI, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, November 1" <br />19 69, at 7: 3 0 p.. m . <br /> <br />The following members were present: All present <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following Re solution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5274 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Village Engineer <br />that certain sanitary sewer easements are no longer necessary to be <br />used in the sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville because <br />of the change of land uses, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I certain property owners have requested the Village <br />to release certain sanitary sewer easements which are of no value to <br />the Village, and the Village Council has determined to release same on <br />the condition that the property owner pay 50% of the original cost of <br />said easements to the Village of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign on behalf <br />of the Village a Quit Claim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto, <br />marked Exhibit "Au and made a part hereof, to effect the release and <br />vacation of said sanitary sewer easements upon the property owners <br />tendering to the Village the purchase price of $725.00. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Linebarger, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor of the Re solution: <br /> <br />Members Anderson, Linebarger and Curley <br />
