NO~i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cowlcil of the Village of Roseville as follows: 1. SUell improvement is hereby ordered as nroposed in the counci 1 resolution adopted October 6, 1969. 2. Tne Public \':orks Director is hereby desiynated as the enrineer for this improvement. He shall prepare nlans and snecifications for the makin,p' of such imurovement. 'The motion for the adoption of the foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the followinv voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted arrainst same: None ({HEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
