RECEIVABLE <br /> <br />AMOUNT ENCUMBERED <br /> <br />Village of Roseville $l5,900.00 <br />b:l,/(,.foO <br /> <br />None <br />(Otherwise Covered) <br /> <br />COOPERHTIVE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between the <br /> <br />State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />as the "State", and the Village of Roseville, hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />as the "Village": WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is considered mutually desirable to install <br /> <br />traffic control signals at the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 51 <br />(Snelling Avenue) West Ramp and County Road B-2 in the Village and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village and State will share in the cost, main- <br /> <br />tenance and operation of the sign~lsj <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The State shall prepare the necessary plans, specifications <br /> <br />and proposals and shall perform the engineering and inspection required <br /> <br />to complete the items of work hereinafter set forth. Such work as <br /> <br />described immediately above shall constitute "Engineering and Inspection" <br /> <br />and shall be so referred to hereinafter. <br /> <br />2. The contract cost of the work or, if the work is not <br /> <br />contracted, the cost of all labor, materials, and equipment rental <br />
