<br />and any and all claims that mayor might arise under the Workmen's <br /> <br />Compensation Act of this State on behalf of said employees while so <br /> <br />engaged, and any and all claims made by any ~hird party as a con- <br /> <br /> <br />sequence of any act Dr omission on the part of said employees while <br /> <br /> <br />so engaged on any of the work contemplated herein shall not be the <br /> <br /> <br />obligation and responsibility of the Village. The State shall not <br /> <br /> <br />be responsible under the Workmen's Compensation Act for any employees <br /> <br />of the Village. <br /> <br /> <br />10. The Village shall prevent by adequate policing any <br /> <br /> <br />stopping, standing or parking of vehicles prohibited by Sections <br /> <br /> <br />159.34 and l69.35, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, on all trunk high- <br /> <br /> <br />ways within its limits. It shall also prevent the installation or <br /> <br /> <br />cause the removal of gasoline pumps located on trunk highway right <br /> <br />of way, and all other obstructions and signs prohibited by Sections <br /> <br /> <br />160.27 and l59.07, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, upon or along any <br /> <br /> <br />trunk highway through the Village. <br /> <br /> <br />11. The Village shall not revise by addition or deletion <br /> <br /> <br />any component part, or sequence of the signal as installed without <br /> <br /> <br />prior approval of the State. Any parts or components used in main- <br /> <br /> <br />taining the signal shall be equal in all respects to the original <br /> <br /> <br />equipment or shall be approved by the State prior to their use. <br /> <br />12. All timing of all traffic control signals provided for <br /> <br />herein shall be determined by the State, through its Commissioner of <br /> <br /> <br />Highways, and no changes shall be made therein except with the approval <br /> <br />of the State. <br />
