<br />Extract of ~~nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~linnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, ~nnesota, on the <br /> <br />eighth day of December, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />~'!ayor 11011, Councilmen Anderson, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: \[one <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5278 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE <br />SANITARY SEWER IN <br />WAGONER'S LAKE JOSEPHINE ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Karl F. Keller, Dr. John Farr and Mr. A. G. Ericksen have entered <br /> <br />into an agreement with the Village of Roseville to install a sanitary sewer on <br /> <br />Josephine Road to serve Wagoner's Lake Josephine Addition and 1265 Josephine <br /> <br />Road to east of said plat, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said persons have filed through their consulting engineers, Banister <br /> <br />Engineering Company, in a letter dated December 3, 1969, their request for approval <br /> <br />and the final acceptance of said sanitary sewer by the Village of Roseville and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Public Works Director has examined and inspected said <br /> <br />sewer and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said same has <br /> <br />been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the agreement and <br /> <br />recommends the acceptance of said sanitary sewer by the Village. <br />
