Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Counci 1 Village of Roseville County of Ramsey state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of December , 19 ~, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Linebarger and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5282 RESOLTJrrON REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5, and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964 was cer- tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the ori- gina1 as sessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, NON, THEREFORE, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the follOwing apportionment of original assessment against the following des- cribed properties:
