Approve Consent Agenda <br />There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br />the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items <br />being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />a. Appoint Election Judges for State Primary and Authorize City Manager to <br />Appoint, if needed <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the appointment of election <br />judges to work at the August 10, 2010 Primary Election, as detailed in "Attach- <br />ment A" to the Request for Council Action dated July 12, 2010; and authorized <br />the City Manager to appoint additional judges if the need arises. <br />Roll Call <br />
