<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 29, 1969. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Monday, December 29, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ;vlayor Moll Counci lrnen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger ' <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolu- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5289 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />That the Public Works Director is hereby instructed <br />to submit Sanitary Sewer statements to all contracting communi- <br />ties with the Village of Roseville for a bill for time commencing <br />July 1, 1965, up to the present time. The operation and main- <br />tenance of parts of said statement shall be determined by a <br />proportionate share of the operation and maintenance costs <br />of the Roseville Sanitary Sewer System. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded ~ Member Grauel , and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
