<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of r~seville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village, on Monday, the 12th day of <br /> <br />January, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Cotmcilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5294 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON PROJECT ST 69-20 <br /> <br />~lHEP~S, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville lying generally in the area bounded by Trunk High- <br /> <br />way 36, County Road B, ~ddlothian Road, and Snelling Avenue by <br /> <br />the construction of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to <br /> <br />429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineer- <br /> <br />ing Company, for study and that they are instructed to report to <br />
