<br />Extract of ~linutes of ~~eting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, llinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 12th day of <br /> <br />January, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The follo\"ing members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None <br /> <br />CO\U1cilman Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5295 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON PROJECT ST 69-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to Lmprove that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Rosevi1le lying generally in the area bounded by County Road B-2, <br /> <br />County Road C-2, Pascal Avenue, and Herschel Avenue by the construc- <br /> <br />tion of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> <br />ment pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
