<br />Extract of Minutes of ~eting of the <br />village Council of the village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on ~bnday, the 12th day of <br />January, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman G,.mlAl <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoptian of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5298 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON PROJECTS SS-69-22, W-69-23 and P-69-24 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve proposed Cope Avenue between <br /> <br />Dale Street and approximately 571 feet west of Dale Street by the <br /> <br />construction of sanitary sewers, water mains and street construction <br /> <br />including concrete curb and gutter~ and to assess the benefited pro- <br /> <br />perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br /> <br />to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (~tinn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />N~J, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
