<br />Extract of ~linutes of ~eeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ltinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village 11all in said Village on Monday, the 12th day of <br /> <br />January, 1970, at 7:30 o'clocl( P.M. <br /> <br />'rhe following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson & Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5299 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPAHATION OF <br />REPORT ON PROJECTS SS-W-69-25 and P-69-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville on proposed iUaddin Street from Rose Place south to <br /> <br />the cul-de-sac by the construction of sanitary sewer services, <br /> <br />water main and street construction including concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion <br /> <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes <br /> <br />Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (rtinn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOlv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
