<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County , Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the <br /> <br />Twelfth day of January, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />~myor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5300 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE'S ~UEST <br />~UEST FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer of the Village of Roseville may deem it <br /> <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the Minnesota Highway Department. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the <br /> <br />Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of <br /> <br />Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year of 1970; <br /> <br />for which payment will be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified <br /> <br />claims from the Commissioner of Highways. <br />
