<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Coun~ of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday the <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 19 70 <br /> <br />, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5310 <br /> <br />RESOLlITION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING <br />TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVlD by the Village Council of the Village of Rosenlle, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 62-1 as finally amended <br /> <br />and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessment against the follow- <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
