<br />ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT ST -6::1-21 OF THE
<br />VILLAGE OF R05EVILLE, MINNESOTA

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GI VEN that the Council of the Vi llage of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, wi 11 meet
<br />in the Community Room of Roseda1e Center, West Highway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on
<br />the 5th day of ~1arch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock 1'.~1., to hold a public hearing pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, (hapter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement 51'-69-21
<br />consisting of the con:::. i.ruction of storm se\vers and necessary appurtenances in that portion
<br />of the Vi lIage of Rosevil1e lying generally in the area bounded by County Road B-2,
<br />County Road C-2, Pascal Avenue and Herschel Avenue, all substantially in accordance with
<br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the
<br />Office of the Village ~-1anager.
<br />
<br />The cost of the improvement is present ly estimated at approximately $484,000. The area
<br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties in that part of
<br />Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10 in Township 29, Range 23, described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 29,
<br />Range 23, thence west along the north lino of said southeast 1/4 to a point 1075
<br />feet west of tho east line of said southeast 1/4, thence south and paralle 1 with
<br />said east line of the southeast 1/4 to a point 1446 feet south of the north line
<br />of said southeast 1/4, thence west and parallel with said north line of the south-
<br />east 1/4 to a point 1825 feet west of said east line of the southeast 1/4, thence
<br />south and parallel to said east line of the southeast 1/4 to the south line of
<br />said southeast 1/4, said south line being common with the north line of James Fourth
<br />Addi tion, Ramsey County, ~1innesota, thence east to the northeast corner of Lot 16,
<br />Block 12, said James Fourth Addition, thence south along the east line of said
<br />Lot 16 and its extension to the centerline of Rose Place, thence east along said
<br />centerline of Rose P lace to the centerline of Hersche 1 Avenue, thence south along
<br />said centerline of Herschel Avenue to the extended north line of Lot 21, Block 15,
<br />said James Fourth Addition, thence east to the northeast corner of said Lot 21,
<br />thence south along the east lines of Lots 21 thru 14 said Block 15 to the southeast
<br />corner of said Lot 14, thence east along the north line of Lot 12, said Block 15,
