NOTICE OF PUBLIC llEAIUNG ON SANITARY SEWER HlPROVI.:f'.tENT 55-69- 7 , \\IAlliRMAIN IMPROVEr-liNT lV-69-8, STREET HIPROVEr-tENT P-69-9 OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Counci 1 of the Village of Roseville, r-1innesota, will meet in the Communi ty Room of the Rosedale Center, Nest Highway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on the Sth day of ~1arch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement 55-69-7, l~atermain Improvement W-69-8 and Street Improvement P-69-9 consisting of the construction of roadways, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain to serve the property primarily within the subdivision called Rosedale Center Second Addition, all substantially in accord- ance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $330,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvements includes all properties in that part of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of County Road "B-2" and the east boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, thence westerly along the south right-of-way line of County Road "B-2" a distance of 392.0 feet, thence southerly a distance of 418.78 feet, then~e westerly 79.42 feet, thence southerly 448.18 feet, thence easterly 471.42 feet to the east boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, thence northerly along said line 81.75 feet, thence easterly a distance of 640.97 feet, thence northerly a distance of 669.13 feet to the south right-of-way line of County Road "B_2" thence westerly along the south right-of-way line of County Road "B_2" to the point of beginning, together with all the lots and blocks in the Rosedale Center Second Addition Plat, County of Ramsey, Minnesota. All persons desiring to be heard, with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, may appear and be heard by the Vi !lage Counci 1 at the time and place stated above.
