<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village attorney is hereby authorized to <br />commence eminent domain proceedings to acquire an interest <br />in various parcels as follows: <br /> <br />l. A permanent easement for the purpose of ponding <br />storm water over the Westerly l35 feet of the following des- <br />cribed parcel: <br /> <br />Subject to Fulham Street, the North 580 feet <br />of the East 297 feet of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter (NE~ of SW~)of <br />Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2. Fee simple title for the construction, operation <br />and maintenance of a pumping station, of the following described <br />parcel: <br /> <br />Commencing at the center of Section 8, Township <br />29,North, Range 23 West; thence Westerly along <br />the centerline of Terminal Road 297.0 feet; <br />thence Southerly parallel to the North-South <br />quarter line of said Section 8 6l2.33 feet; <br />thence Westerly at an angle to the right of <br />9loll', a distance of l25 feet to the point <br />of beginning of the parcel to be described: <br />Thence continue Westerly along the previously <br />described line to the East line of St. Croix <br />Street; thence Northerly along said East line <br />to its intersection with a line parallel to and <br />40 feet North of said East-West line which <br />extends through said point of beginning; thence <br />Easterly along said parallel line to its inter- <br />section with a line parallel to said North-South <br />quarter line and extending through said point <br />of beginning; thence Southerly to the point of <br />beginning, Ramsey County. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
