CITY OF ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notkas is given that the PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a meeting at Cite Mall, 2660 Civic Center Dr., at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2010 to consider: PROJECT FILE 0004: Request by the Roseville Planning Division to consider corrections or amendments to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan designations of 72 parcels throughout the city; parcel ident'rfication numbers for the properties involved are on file in the Communty Development Dept. PROJECT FILE 0017: Request by the Roseville Planning Division to amend the City's Official Zoning Map to be consistent with the City's 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Map. This zoning amendment would rezone the same 72 parcels which ere the subject of the concurrent amendment of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan in order to ensure that the zoning is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, as required by State Law. PROJECT FILE 0017: Request by the _ Roseville Planning Division to consider the proposed new Employment District requirements. These proposed new requirements will address the following newly-created zoning districts: Office/Business Park and Industrial. PLANNING FILE 10-016: Request by McAdam Majors for approval of a 1,008 sq. ft. accessory structure as a CONDITIONAL USE at 1863 Chatsworth St.; legal description of the property is on file in the Community Development Dept.
