<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Storm Sewer Improvements <br /> <br />ST-67-24, ST-69-20, and ST-69-2l, councilman <br /> <br />Cur lev <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5328 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />NUMBERED ST-67-24, ST-69-20, and ST-69-21, AND <br />ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONSOLIDATED STORM <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ST-67-24, ST-69-20, AND ST-69-21 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />I. The Village has heretofore instituted Storm Sewer <br />Improvements ST-67-24, ST-69-20, and ST-69-21 pursuant to and <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429. The public hearings for each of said improvements <br />were held March 5, 1970. It is hereby determined that all of <br />said improvements, although separately instituted, can be more <br />economically completed if consolidated and joined as one <br />improvement project for the purpose of further proceedings and <br />contract letting. It is also desirable that a single assessment <br />roll should be prepared in order to advise the owner of each <br />parcel of the total amount proposed to be assessed upon such <br />parcel for benefits conferred thereon by any of such improvements. <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these separate <br />improvements are hereby consolidated, and henceforth all proceed- <br />ings shall be conducted in all respects as if the various separate <br />proceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with the prov1s1ons of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1967, Chapter 429, as amended, the council held public <br />hearings pursuant to published notice on the proposed construction <br />of Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements ST-67-24, ST-69-20, and <br />ST-69-21. Storm Sewer Improvement ST-67-24 consists of the <br />construction of trunk and lateral storm sewers to serve the area <br />of Roseville generally bounded by Parker Avenue on the north, <br />Victoria Avenue on the east, Rose1awn Avenue on the south and <br /> <br />3 <br />
