WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that theproper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1962 and thereafter, NOW THEREFORE, theVillage Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Subj to TH 10 & subj to $3,269.83 sewer esmt & subj to Co Rd No. 210 A2 & ex S 183 ft of the W 183 ft; the S ~ of SW ~ of sw I~ of NW ~ of Sec 14, T 29, R 23 Apportionment: Ex W 183 ft; the S ~ of SW ~ 2,952.58 of sw ~ of NW ~ (subj to Rd & esmts) in Sec 14, T 29, R 23. Ex S 183 ft; the W 183 ft of S ~ of SW ~ of sw ~ of NW ~ (subj to Hwy) in Sec 14, T 29, R 23. 317.25 NOTE: The above apportionment is a correction of figures for the same descriptions as found in resolution adopted by the Village Council on December 22, 1961.
