<br />/e -Z{ L/'( <;rj~O <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of f~eting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br />lYlarch 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ftinnesota, <br />communi~~~the Rosedale Center <br />was held in thel in said Village on Thursday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of March, 1970, at 7: 30 o' cloc]<: p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The Village r~nager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed sanitary sewer ]mp~ovemeDt <br />88-69-27, Mater ImprOvemeDt. w-69-28 aDd street :DRp~OV8I1I8ftt. P-69-29 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and \1TaS di- <br /> <br />rected to be filed by the ~anager. The village Manager also <br />exhibited a Certificate of f~iling Notice of r~aring to all <br /> <br />affected property ~1Tners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />r.'1anager. <br /> <br />The r~yor then directed the Manager to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br /> <br />Council, and the sUbstance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
