After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement 55-69-27, t~ter Improvement W-69-28 and Street Improvement P-69-29, Councilman Grauel then introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5330 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY 5EvmR IMPROVEMENT 5S-69-27, WATER IMPROVE~mNT W-69-28 ~TD STREET IMPROVEf1]ENT P-69-29, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-27, v~ter Improvement trJ-69-28 and Street Improvement P-69-29, consisting of the construction of sanitary sewers, water mains and street construction including necessary drainage facilities and con- crete curb and gutter in that portion of the Village of Roseville on proposed Long Lake Road between County Road C and County Road C-2 as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $l69,lOO.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village ~anager: and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the notice of hearing; and that Banister Engineering Co. is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
