CO:..U:1.~i.~4 ~; ~ f (J:(" a ttel, ,Ande;:," 8.on, ailc Cur lelt and the following were absent: Hone The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pUblica- tion of notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement P-69-18 in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was di- rected to be filed by the ~anager. The Village l~nager also exhibited a Certificate of ~ailin9 Notice of r~aring to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the l-ianager. The l~yor then directed the ~anager to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed Lmprove- ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: 110 one .....red.
