<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />SS-69-22, Water Improvement W-69-23 and Street Improvement <br /> <br />P-69-24, Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 5332 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SS-69-22, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT W-69-23 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-24, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-22, Water <br />Improvement W-69-23 and Street Improvement P-69-24, consisting <br />of the construction of sanitary sewers, water mains and street <br />construction including concrete curb and gutter on proposed Cope <br />Avenue between Dale Street and approximately 57l feet west of <br />Dale Street as described in the notice of hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated to be approximately $26,482.00, and sub~ <br />stantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report <br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office <br />of the Village Manager: and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement <br />shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall <br />be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the <br />area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property <br />as described in the notice of hearing: and that the Village <br />Public Works Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Council final plans and specifications for the construc- <br />tion of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />I and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
