<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~~ETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 9, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, March 9, 1970, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Tne following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5335 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Vi llage Council has determined it necessary to <br />revise the storm sewer assessment rates previously adopted on <br />March 8. 1965; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAre COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />TIle revised storm sewer assessment rates are established <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Residential: <br /> <br />Bui ldab Ie lot <br />Unbuildable lot <br />Acreage-buildable <br />Acreage-unbuildable <br /> <br />$ 250.00 <br />500.00 <br />BOO.OO/acre <br />l600.00/acre <br /> <br />Connnercial <br />Industrial <br />Multiple, etc. <br /> <br />Buildable lot <br />Unbui Idab Ie lot <br />Acreage-buildable <br />Acreage-unbuildable <br /> <br />500.00 <br />1000 .00 <br />l600.00/acre <br />3200.00/acre <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the Resolution~ <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
