<br />Extract of r~nutes of Meeting of <br />The Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of ~tinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, lIlinnesota on Monday, <br /> <br />the 30th day of March, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The followj_ng members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />ami the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adopUon: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 534Y <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PETITIONING Tffi~ PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION TO <br />INSTALL ELECTRIC RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING SIGNALS <br /> <br />WflliREAS, there are several railroad crossings within the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville that do not have electric grade crossing signals for controlling <br /> <br />traffic at said crossings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is felt that electric railroad grade crossing signals are <br /> <br />necessary at these crossings in order to protect the safety and welfare of the <br /> <br />publi c . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Hoseville, <br /> <br />~tinnesota, that they hereby petition the Public Service Commission to establish <br /> <br />a public hearing for the purpose of installing electric railroad grade crossing <br /> <br />signals at the follOlving locations wi thin the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. On South Owasso Boulevard, north of Woodlynn Avenue <br /> <br />2. On Dale Street at South Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />3. On Heinel Drive, north of County Hoad C <br /> <br />4. On Victoria Street at County Road C <br /> <br />5. On Ramline Avenue at County Road C <br />
