97 <br />98 <br />r- <br />Attachment A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2010 FEE SCHEDULE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HEREBY ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The City of Roseville annually adopts a Fee Schedule which establishes the fees <br />and charges for service for the City's regulatory functions. The presence of a fee schedule allows <br />regulatory-type fees to be easily identified in one document, as opposed to being scattered throughout City <br />Code. In addition, a fee schedule adopted on an annual basis provides the City Council the opportunity to <br />review fees for services in a comprehensive manner. <br />SECTION 2. Other Fee References <br />Sy enacting this ordinance, all fee amounts previously established and contained herein are hereby <br />amended as submitted. <br />SECTION 3. Authoritv <br />The authority to enact the fees identified herein is established by City Code. <br />SECTION 4. Penaltv <br />Failure to pay the fees identified herein is subject to penalties and interest as established by City Code. <br />SECTION 5. Fee Schedule <br />The 2010 Fee Schedule is as shown in Attachment A. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
