a. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 1,008 square feet, and <br />� shall comply with all other zoning and building code requirements; <br />2� b. No garden sheds, storage containers, or additional accessory structures shall be <br />2� allowed on the property; <br />2� c. The applicant shall work with Community Development staff to ensure that <br />2� windows are adequately incorporated into the accessory structure to soften the <br />2� visual impact on neighboring properties; <br />2� d. The driveway shall be modified to achieve the 5-foot setback from a side property <br />2� line required by �703.0459 (Driveways on Private Property) of the City Code; <br />24 and <br />24 e.
