NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has approved the <br />Contamination Investigation and RAP Development Grant application to be submitted to <br />the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) on May 3, 20l 0, by <br />the City of Roseville far the PIK site. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the <br />applicant. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Klausing, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Ihlan, Johnson, Roe, Pust, and Klausing; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
