<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held. in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2101 North Lexington .Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 19 ~ at 1:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, <br />Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5353 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATI!m TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 63-3 as finally amended and <br /> <br />adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the v.I..llage of Roseville in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
