<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall
<br />on Monday, the tenth day of January, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:
<br />
<br />RESOLUTIONS NO. 9032

<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CITY PROJECT M-93-23
<br />PUBLIC WORKS RADIANT HEAT SYSTEM
<br />
<br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according
<br />to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the
<br />Manager of said City, said bids were received on November 16, 1993, opened
<br />and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
<br />complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Grendahl Mechanical, Inc. is the lowest
<br />responsible bidder at the base bid amount of $15,660;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
<br />a contract with Grendahl Mechanical, Inc. for $15,660 in the name of
<br />the City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans
<br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City council and
<br />on file in the office of the City Manager.
