<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNES OTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Village Council hereby does object to <br />the notices set forth in the letters referred to above to <br />conduct bingo games within the Village of Roseville and be <br />it further resolved that the Village Clerk certify three <br />copies of this resolution and mail a certified copy to the <br />following three organizations: <br /> <br />I. VFW Post 6845, 1742 North Lexington, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, Attention Mr. <br />Dominick Perozino. <br /> <br />2. Amvets, Post 4, 1742 North Lexington, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, attention Richard <br />Hawthorne and Hubert Johnson. <br /> <br />3. Scholarship Guild, 1744 North Lexington, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, Attention Marie <br />Sauro. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this <br />resolution be duly certified and forwarded to the Roseville <br />Police Department with the instruction to prohibit any bingo <br />game from being conducted under the authority of the above <br />three notices previously referred to. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is <br />being made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated Section <br />416.054. <br /> <br />The motion for the a~option of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member ./{>.-..... .r.'
