<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the village Hall in said Village on Monday <br /> <br />the 30th day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'rhe following members were present: Mayor Moll, Counci lmen <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />introduced and moved <br /> <br />the adoption of the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 5360 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING AD- <br />VERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT SS-6942, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT W-69-23 AND STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT P-69-24: STREET <br />IMPROVE~mNT P-69-l8: SANITARY <br />SE't<I.1ER IMPROVEMENT SS-69-l2, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT W-69-l3 AND STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT P-69-l4: STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT ST-69-l9: STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT P-68-33 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village Council <br />on March 5, 1970, November 24, 1969 and March 31, 1969, the Village <br /> <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement 55-69-12, Water Improvement W-69-23 <br />and Street Improvement P-69-24: Street Improvement P-69-l8: Sani- <br />tary Sewer Improvement SS-69~~, Water Improvement W-69-l3 and <br />Street Improvement P-69-14: Storm Sewer Improvement ST-69-l9: <br /> <br />Street Improvement P-68-33 and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval. <br />
